We have Cabins coming and going regularly, also have new Cabins arriving throughout the year.

All of our Cabins are 4.2m x 2.4m and approximately 3.1m high.
That’s more than enough room for a large bed, side table, desk and chair, or couch and TV unit and a wardrobe.
Yes, there is a 3, 6 and 9 month option for hire terms.
Subject to Cabin availability, we are sometimes able to offer short term Hire. If you require a term outside of our standard terms, simply get in touch here.

All Cabin enquiries come with a free pre-delivery site inspection (pending Cabin availability).

Yes, our Cabins are fully insulated top to bottom, We use the best products from trusted suppliers Expol and Earthwool to keep you warm.
That’s no trouble! We’ve partnered with the very best for the job, Hawkes Bay Crane & Platform Hire.
We can take a look, provide you with a price and organise a Hiab or Crane to lift your Cabin into those preferred or challenging locations.

Typically, you wouldn’t need a consent to place one of our Cabins on your site, as our Cabins are 10m2 and have no service connections other than power.
There are changes happening to the height-to-boundary rules, making it even easier to place a Cabin where you want it, but may still pay to check in with a neighbour you want to get closer to a boundary.
We do require land or homeowners’ permission to be able to put a Cabin on site. If it is not your own property, then yes, you will require permission from your Landlord.
Our Cabins come fully fitted out with window furnishings, Floor Coverings, Lighting and Power Points, a switch board and certified 20m Power Lead.
All You need to do, is make sure there is a suitable connection for the power lead, either a power point, site box or generator, we’ll plug it in.
No, we are not WINZ approved and are unable to provide WINZ specific quotes.
